This inviting Olentangy Falls property boasts multiple living areas to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. A second level deck overlooks an spacious patio that incorporates a built in arched bench and a large fire pit. Under the second story deck is an extension of the open patio that serves as an outdoor living room. We created custom lattice for privacy and installed a under deck roof system which keeps this space dry when it rains. Natural stone steps provide easy access to the patio from the front of the property. We also installed lighting which provides safety and beauty throughout this property.
